【Description】
Ultra-fine Stainless Steel Fiber Conductive Additive (SFCA) is composed of micrometer fine stainless steel fiber and exclusive surface coupling agent. SFCA is used as the additives into the general floor epoxy or wall paint in order to create excellent anti static function.After years of research and development, special surface treatment technology has been used to make dry powdered stainless steel fibers disperse quickly and evenly in paints without agglomeration or floating fibers. Only a small amount of conductive additives (as low as 1%) is needed in floor or wall paints. After even dispersion, a permanent anti-static network can be formed.Comparing to the liquid anti static epoxy, the SFCA can greatly improve construction convenience and significantly reduce transportation costs. The use of SFCA is safe and environmentally friendly, and does not affect the performance of the paint itself.

3．Application: Floor paint or wall paint.
4．Use Instructions:
(1)The conductive additives are directly added to the floor or wall paint by proportional weighing, fully stirred, and evenly dispersed.
(2)Suggestion for the floor epoxy application: Use a mixer directly,stirring speed 1000 rpm, stirring time ≤ 10 minutes.
5． Packaging and storage:
(1)Container: Plastic bottle, 375g/bottle, customized packaging as required.
(2)Keeping the SFCA in dry room and at room temperature.
6．Precautions:
Although the stainless steel fibers have been pre-dispersed, in order to achieve a satisfactory conductive effect, the conductive fibers must be dispersed as much as possible in the paint during stirring (the stainless steel fibers can be completely dispersed in the paint). The paint is in a uniform state till no coarse particles observed.
